Recipe: Cauliflower with curry

Preparation: 20 min

Ingredients: 4 people

  • 1 onion
  • 1 cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon of curry
  • 20cl of coconut milk
  • 250g of chickpeas (or white beans)
  • salt and pepper

Preperation :

  • peel the onion and slice it
  • cut the cauliflower into a bouquet
  • in a saucepan, cook the onion with the oil then add the curry
  • pour in the coconut milk then the cauliflower and cook until tender
  • drain the chickpeas and add them to the whole
  • salt, pepper
  • serve with brown or basmati rice
