
Recipe: Cauliflower with curry
Preparation: 20 min
Ingredients: 4 people
- 1 onion
- 1 cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoon of curry
- 20cl of coconut milk
- 250g of chickpeas (or white beans)
- salt and pepper
Preperation :
- peel the onion and slice it
- cut the cauliflower into a bouquet
- in a saucepan, cook the onion with the oil then add the curry
- pour in the coconut milk then the cauliflower and cook until tender
- drain the chickpeas and add them to the whole
- salt, pepper
- serve with brown or basmati rice
