
Simple and healthy recipe: Cod in white wine and turmeric
Simple and healthy recipe to make for 4 people / Preparation: 20 mins / Cooking 15 mins
Ingredients :
- 2 shallots, finely chopped
- 4 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 40cl of soy cream
- 2 tbsp. teaspoon of turmeric
- 4 cod fillets
- 2 tbsp. tablespoon olive oil
- Lemon juice
- A few leaves of arugula
- 40cl of dry white wine
Preparation of this simple and healthy recipe:
- In a frying pan, brown the shallot and the rice vinegar over low heat
- Reduce until the vinegar is completely absorbed.
- Add the white wine and cook for 3 minutes
- Add the cream and turmeric
- Cook for 5 minutes
- In a pan, cook the cod fillets in a little olive oil, 4 minutes per side
- It's ready !
- Drizzle the fish with the lemon juice
- Place the fish in a deep plate with its sauce and the arugula
