Exotic and healthy recipe for shrimps with red curry and fresh spinach

Ingredients : 

– 150 g of fresh spinach
– About fifteen uncooked prawns with tail 
– 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
– Salt
– Pepper
– Red curry according to your tastes
– 4 tablespoons of vegetable cream (soy or spelled preferably because less calories and more neutral in taste)


Preperation : 

  • Brown the shrimp in a pan over high heat with a tablespoon of olive oil. The shrimp are cooked as soon as they are no longer translucent.
  • Add the spinach, let sear 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the vegetable cream, garlic, salt, pepper and red curry. Taste and adjust to your liking.
  • Simmer for a few minutes for the sauce to reduce and thicken. Add a teaspoon of flour or cornstarch to thicken the sauce.
  • Serve with pasta or brown rice & a pan of vegetables.
