Recipe: Farfalle with spinach

Ingredients: for 4 people

  • 500g farfalle
  • 300g baby spinach
  • 100g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 25 cl of soy cream
  • salt, peppers

Preparation: 30 min

  • Cook the pasta in boiling water then rinse and drain.
  • In a second saucepan, cook the onion and garlic, salt and pepper and add the soy cream.
  • Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the mixture along with the spinach leaves and pasta.
  • Serve hot.
