
Recipe: Farfalle with spinach
Ingredients: for 4 people
- 500g farfalle
- 300g baby spinach
- 100g cherry tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 25 cl of soy cream
- salt, peppers
Preparation: 30 min
- Cook the pasta in boiling water then rinse and drain.
- In a second saucepan, cook the onion and garlic, salt and pepper and add the soy cream.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the mixture along with the spinach leaves and pasta.
- Serve hot.
