Gingerbread Style Bowl Cake

Healthy breakfast recipe: gingerbread-style bowl cake

Ingredients :

  • 80g of cottage cheese or soy yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 30g of applesauce without added sugar
  • 20g buckwheat flour
  • 10g coconut flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon of agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of gingerbread spices

Preperation :

  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Heat 4 minutes in the microwave.
  • Unmold on a plate and enjoy with fresh fruit 🙂
