Healthy breakfast recipe: gingerbread-style bowl cake
- 80g of cottage cheese or soy yogurt
- 1 egg
- 30g of applesauce without added sugar
- 20g buckwheat flour
- 10g coconut flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon of agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon of gingerbread spices
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Heat 4 minutes in the microwave.
- Unmold on a plate and enjoy with fresh fruit 🙂
