Healthy chicken burger

Ingredients for the steak:

  • 150 g of chicken fillet 
  • 50 g carrot 
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • 1/2 Krisprolls-type toast 

Ingredients for the chicken burger:

  • 2 complete burger buns
  • 1/2 tomato
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 red onion

Preperation :

  • Mix all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper and add the herbs or spices you like.
  • Form the steaks and cook them in a pan with a little coconut oil.
  • Assemble your hamburger with salad and tomatoes and red onion.
  • Provide a light sauce based on 0% cottage cheese and chives.
