Healthy Goat & Honey Bricks Recipe

For about 10 bricks

Ingredients :

  • 4 pastry sheets
  • 100g goat cheese
  • honey
  • chive
  • salt pepper

Preperation :

  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  • Cut the pastry sheets in half.
  • Cut the goat cheese into sticks.
  • Add a little millet and chives, then season with salt and pepper.
  • Roll the bricks into a nem shape by folding over on each side.
  • Place the bricks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Cook for 5 minutes.
  • To be enjoyed hot with a green salad.
