Healthy recipe: Pumpkin velouté

- 2 pumpkin
- 200ml coconut milk
- 1 tbs/a curry
- 1 tbsc cumin
- 1 tbsc turmeric
- salt and pepper
- Cut the pumpkins into pieces with the skin.
- In a saucepan filled with water, cook the pumpkin (the water should exceed the pieces of pumpkin).
- Cook until the pieces are tender and add the coconut milk, salt and pepper.
- Mix everything and put back on the fire by adding the spices.
- Stir well and serve hot.
