Healthy recipe: Pumpkin velouté

Ingredients:

  • 2 pumpkin
  • 200ml coconut milk
  • 1 tbs/a curry
  • 1 tbsc cumin
  • 1 tbsc turmeric
  • salt and pepper

Preparation:

  • Cut the pumpkins into pieces with the skin.
  • In a saucepan filled with water, cook the pumpkin (the water should exceed the pieces of pumpkin).
  • Cook until the pieces are tender and add the coconut milk, salt and pepper.
  • Mix everything and put back on the fire by adding the spices.
  • Stir well and serve hot.
