
Healthy recipe: Lentil curry with peppers
Preparation: 5 min / Cooking: 35 min
Ingredients :
- 200g lentils
- 4 red peppers
- 50 cl of coconut milk
- a few leaves of fresh cilantro (can be replaced by tarragon)
- 2 tablespoons of curry
Preperation :
- cut the peppers into strips and steam them
- cook the lentils in 80cl of water (about 30min) in a casserole dish
- add the peppers to the casserole dish with the coconut milk and the curry
- mix and cook 5 min
- salt, pepper,
- add the cilantro cut into scissors
