Healthy recipe: Lentil curry with peppers

Preparation: 5 min / Cooking: 35 min

Ingredients : 

  • 200g lentils
  • 4 red peppers
  • 50 cl of coconut milk
  • a few leaves of fresh cilantro (can be replaced by tarragon)
  • 2 tablespoons of curry

Preperation :

  • cut the peppers into strips and steam them
  • cook the lentils in 80cl of water (about 30min) in a casserole dish
  • add the peppers to the casserole dish with the coconut milk and the curry
  • mix and cook 5 min
  • salt, pepper,
  • add the cilantro cut into scissors
