Vegetarian sandwich with radishes, carrots and dill (wrap)

Autumn vegetarian recipe for 4 people / Preparation: 15 mins 

Ingredients : 

  • 4 corn or whole wheat tortillas
  • 1/2 bunch of dill 
  • 1/2 bunch of chives
  • 1 C. tablespoon olive oil 
  • 2 tbsp. fresh cheese 
  • 1 pinch of horseradish 
  • 2 carrots 
  • some radishes
  • some cauliflower florets
  • 1 avocado 
  • 1 lemon 
  • a few spinach leaves, beetroot or arugula
  • 1 C. sesame seeds
  • salt and pepper

Preparation of the vegetarian sandwich: 

  • Mix the herbs and olive oil in a blender or using a thermomix
  • Mix the dough with the cheese, horseradish, salt and pepper 
  • Grate the peeled carrots with a grater and cut the radishes 
  • Cut the cauliflower into thin slices 
  • Cut the avocado into small cubes and lemon it 
  • Spread the cheese mixture on the fajitas 
  • Place some mixed vegetables and sesame seeds
  • Roll up the wraps 
  • Enjoy your lunch !
