
Vegetarian sandwich with radishes, carrots and dill (wrap)
Autumn vegetarian recipe for 4 people / Preparation: 15 mins
Ingredients :
- 4 corn or whole wheat tortillas
- 1/2 bunch of dill
- 1/2 bunch of chives
- 1 C. tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tbsp. fresh cheese
- 1 pinch of horseradish
- 2 carrots
- some radishes
- some cauliflower florets
- 1 avocado
- 1 lemon
- a few spinach leaves, beetroot or arugula
- 1 C. sesame seeds
- salt and pepper
Preparation of the vegetarian sandwich:
- Mix the herbs and olive oil in a blender or using a thermomix
- Mix the dough with the cheese, horseradish, salt and pepper
- Grate the peeled carrots with a grater and cut the radishes
- Cut the cauliflower into thin slices
- Cut the avocado into small cubes and lemon it
- Spread the cheese mixture on the fajitas
- Place some mixed vegetables and sesame seeds
- Roll up the wraps
- Enjoy your lunch !
