Vegetarian Steak

Recipe: vegetarian steak

Ingredients: for 4 people

  • 180g of quinoa
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of parsley
  • 1 can of white beans
  • 1 pinch of baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Preperation :

  • cook the quinoa
  • peel the garlic and chop it
  • drain the white beans
  • in a bowl, add the quinoa, garlic, white beans, parsley, baking soda, oil, flour, salt and pepper
  • mix it all
  • make 4 pâtés with the mixture and place them on baking paper
  • place them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
  • cook them in a pan to grill them
