
Recipe: vegetarian steak
Ingredients: for 4 people
- 180g of quinoa
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of parsley
- 1 can of white beans
- 1 pinch of baking soda
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- salt and pepper
Preperation :
- cook the quinoa
- peel the garlic and chop it
- drain the white beans
- in a bowl, add the quinoa, garlic, white beans, parsley, baking soda, oil, flour, salt and pepper
- mix it all
- make 4 pâtés with the mixture and place them on baking paper
- place them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
- cook them in a pan to grill them
